Had very recently moved to Cincinnati from overseas. Jay and his family were amazing and are going above and beyond to help you. Car was double checked after I noticed a couple of things and in perfect order for handover. They even dropped off the car at my house and drove with me to the airport, so that I could return my rental car. Incredible people who treat customers like extended family - a truly rare find nowadays.

Bought a Mini Cooper for my fiance from Jordan Auto Sales today and I have to say from all the vehicles I have purchased. I have to say this dealer is top notch. Blows the big dealers away in regards to honesty integrity, and genuine caring about the customer. As I sat there waiting to purchase the vehicle I witnessed J accommodate a woman due to her situation. They spent weeks helping someone find the exact match he was set on due to a vehicle accident that the ins company totalled out. He went way above and beyond what is considered customer service. This dealer is top notch and hands down above the big corporate dealers. I will be buying the rest of my vehicles from this family owned business. Thanka to everybody at Jordan Auto Sales in Cincy. So excited about my daughter Chevrolet Sonic! Great price, service, great car, they washed it, checked all my fluids, got me linked up the lock smith for an extra key, and even delivered the car to my house!!
